By downloading or using the Foresight app ("the App"), provided by Calvin Lee, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

About the App

Foresight is a tool designed to support people who want to reduce or quit nicotine use. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you need medical or mental-health support, please consult a qualified professional.

Subscriptions

Foresight offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual), which may include a free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered and you purchase a subscription, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited where applicable.
• Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calvin Lee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE / JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
