Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Calvin Lee handles information in connection with the Foresight app ("the App"). Foresight is built to be private by design: almost everything stays on your device, and we do not track you.

Information stored only on your device

The following never leaves your device and is never sent to us or stored on any server we control:

• Your messages to your future self — the voice recordings and any text you create are saved locally on your device only. We cannot access them.
• Your quit information — details you enter such as usage, quit date, reasons, and progress are stored locally on your device.

We do not operate servers that store your recordings or personal content.

Limited information shared with service providers

To run the App, a small amount of non-identifying information is shared with the following providers:

• Anonymous usage analytics — TelemetryDeck. We use TelemetryDeck to understand how the App is used in aggregate (for example, which screens are opened and whether features are used) so we can improve it. This data does not identify you: we do not collect your name, email, or advertising/tracking identifiers. See TelemetryDeck's privacy policy.
• Subscriptions — Apple and RevenueCat. Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription status. This involves a randomly generated app-user ID and your purchase/receipt information. It does not include your name or payment card details, which are handled solely by Apple. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use advertising identifiers.
• We do not display ads.
• We do not require an account, email, or login.

Microphone

The App requests microphone access for a single purpose: to let you record messages to your future self. Those recordings remain on your device.

Notifications

The App can send reminders. These are scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate a push-notification server and do not collect any data through notifications.

Children

The App is rated 17+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your data and deletion

Because your messages and personal information live on your device, deleting the App removes them from your device. If you wish to inquire about analytics data, contact us at getember.life@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
