Frequently asked questions

How do I record or re-record my message?

During setup you'll be prompted to record a message to your future self. You can re-record it before saving, and create new messages at milestones.

How do I hear my message when I have a craving?

Tap the Foresight widget or your bound Action Button, or tap a reminder notification — your message plays right away.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not in the app: go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Foresight's Settings and tap "Restore Purchases."

Where are my recordings stored?

On your device only. They are never uploaded to us.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes your messages and information from your device.
